Just having a tinker with the idea of cleaning the injectors in my 280e myself rather than paying someone else. There is quite a bit on the net about using carb cleaner to do the job, forcing it through the injector using compressed air. Anyone have any experience of this, and how successfull it was, or would it just be simpler and save a lot of time and effort to let a company do it using ultrasonic equipment.............!

You coild also try the other way of letting the tank run down to about 2 or 3 gallons, then putting a WHOLE tin of Forte Fuel Injector cleaner in, and taking the car for an Italian tune up!!
